Job Description

Develop and expand new corporate customer relationships

by identifying potential clients across industries, understanding their procurement needs, and positioning our company as a reliable manufacturing partner for branded notebooks, diaries, and other stationery products.

Showcase and present our customized solutions

to prospective clients, including product samples, customization options, branding possibilities, material choices, and packaging concepts that align with their corporate identity or event requirements.

Prepare professional proposals and quotations

tailored to each client's specifications, ensuring clarity in product details, pricing, timelines, and terms. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy in all proposals.

Manage the complete order-to-shipment cycle

, including order confirmation, artwork approval, production coordination, quality checks, packaging, dispatch planning, and timely delivery to the client's location.

Source and generate leads

through multiple channels such as online platforms, corporate directories, exhibitions, industry networks, social media, referrals, and outbound outreach.

Represent the company at corporate gifting shows, trade exhibitions, and industry events

, engaging with visitors, explaining product lines, collecting leads, and promoting the brand effectively.

Maintain strong follow-up with existing and prospective clients

, ensuring high satisfaction, addressing queries, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

Collaborate with internal departments
