Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Representative to lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and manage the end-to-end business development process. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, a proven track record in B2B business development, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet organizational growth goals.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify trends.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Create and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Mentor and support junior business development staff (if applicable).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.

Strong background in B2B sales and client relationship management.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
