Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth
in our overseas manpower vertical. The role involves identifying new business opportunities,
onboarding international clients, and generating new recruitment requirements for the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and connect with potential overseas clients in GCC, Europe, and
other target regions.
Develop new business opportunities by pitching manpower supply and recruitment
services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand project-wise manpower
requirements.
Generate fresh leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and industry events.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfil new client requirements.
Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
Achieve monthly business development targets and submit regular sales pipeline
reports.
Stay updated with global labor trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong client acquisition and relationship-building ability.
Understanding of recruitment/manpower supply process for overseas markets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel (if required).
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development/sales in the overseas recruitment
industry.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
