projects. We are seeking a motivated

Business Development Executive

to identify new business opportunities, manage the tendering process, maintain client relationships, and drive growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the demolition and dismantling sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Prepare, submit, and follow up on

tenders, quotations, and project bids

. Coordinate with internal teams for tender documentation, approvals, and project execution. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends. Contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Management preferred). 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in construction, demolition, or related sectors. Hands-on experience with

government and private tender processes

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
