Job Overview
We are seeking driven and energetic Business Development Executives (BDEs) who excel in daily field-based client meetings. Your primary focus will be meeting potential clients face-to-face, pitching our product, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits for client meetings and product presentations.
Pitch HiWiPay's offerings to key stakeholders such as principals, trustees, and administrators.
Identify client pain points in fee/payment processes and propose tailored solutions.
Manage the full business development cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure a smooth handover to internal teams for onboarding and implementation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and meeting outcomes in CRM tools.
Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience in client-facing roles (preferably in Fintech, EdTech, Logistics)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with daily travel and fieldwork within the assigned region.
Fluent in English and regional language.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
