Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and connect with retailers, wholesalers, exporters, and corporate buyers. Generate leads via networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and trade shows. Build strong, long-term client relationships. Present products and customize sales pitches. Negotiate and close sales deals in coordination with internal teams. Collaborate with design, production, and logistics departments. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports. Meet or exceed sales and growth targets.

Requirements:



Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (jewellery/luxury/fashion preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel as required. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital outreach platforms.

Preferred:



Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, gemstones, and metals. Established industry network. Experience in trade fairs and exhibitions.
