  • (Role & Responsibilities):
  • Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Relationship building, etc. Responsible to develop B2B Sales in target categories in Food & Beverages Manufacturing Industries(B2B) in India.
  • To achieve sales targets.
  • Loves and willing to actively travel in the country.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Core Salesperson. Female/Male with 5+ years experience & proven track record of B2B sales in India.
  • Experience with the Food & Beverages industry preferable.
  • Should have fire to give outcomes, targets & beyond.
  • Physically fit & non-smoker.
  • Stationed in Ahmedabad.
  • Age: Preferably 30-35yrs, but not more than 40.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong Communication skills: Listening, writing & speaking(English).
  • Interpersonal skills, Liaising, Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in use of Digital marketing tools viz. Social media like LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, etc. & CRM.
  • Selling, Presentation & Negotiation skills.
  • Leadership & ability to take Initiative.
  • Data acquisition skills.
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Intelligence.
  • Experience in researching market trends and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Set Goals and develop action plans.
  • Business Intelligence.
  • Flexible & Adaptable.
  • Outcomes/ Results Expected:
  • Sales targets achievements.
  • Optimize CRM usage.
  • Build excellent trust and relationship with key person at customers.
  • Built at-least 2 allies in each category.
  • Reports to Co-Founder.
