Job Description

Sales & Strategy:

Identify new opportunities, develop sales strategies, achieve targets, and manage the sales pipeline.

Client & Relationship Management:

Build networks with decision-makers, provide technical presentations, handle client queries, and maintain long-term relationship

Technical Coordination:

Understand MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) to support sales and ensure smooth handover to execution teams.

Reporting:

Prepare status reports, forecasts, and market trend analyses.

Education:

Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MBA/Sales cert a plus).

Experience:

Proven experience in MEP project sales/BD (often 8+ years).

Technical:

Strong grasp of MEP systems, design, and installation processes.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, leadership, and client-facing ability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
