We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our media and brand partnerships. If you love talking to people, pitching creative ideas, and are passionate about content and storytelling, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pitch to potential brand partners, agencies, and advertisers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Create tailored proposals for media campaigns, influencer marketing, and content collaborations. Work closely with content and marketing teams to develop creative campaign solutions. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Track industry trends and stay updated on new media innovations. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. Prior experience in media sales, influencer marketing, or advertising preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand creative deliverables and digital content formats. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
