Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build a strong digital presence and lasting customer relationships
Design, maintain, and manage engaging content for the organization's website and other digital platforms
Manage and grow company presence across social media channels to enhance visibility and lead generation
Launch and optimize marketing campaigns and online advertisements to increase brand awareness
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business development and marketing goals
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to guide strategy improvements and decision-making
Support business development initiatives including client outreach, presentations, and proposals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms
Proven experience in B2C social media, content creation, and digital campaigns
Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in startups or other fast-paced environments preferred
