Responsibilities:
Take ownership of
end-to-end business development
: lead generation --> client meetings --> deal closure
Develop and implement
sales strategies
to consistently achieve targets
Conduct
cold calls, client pitches, and negotiations
confidently
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Oversee company's
social media presence
(strategy, campaigns, and engagement) to support lead generation
Guide junior team members (if any) in execution of sales & marketing activities
Report directly to management with regular updates on revenue pipeline and market trends
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of proven experience
in business development / sales / client acquisition
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with
social media marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead tools
Self-driven, able to work independently and bring in business with minimal supervision
