Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and email campaigns
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, tech) to support client requirements
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports
Follow up on leads and drive them through the sales pipeline
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Keep records of sales and client interactions using CRM tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of digital tools and business platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working remotely with proper internet and communication setup
