Requirements:
Graduate (Business/Marketing/Real Estate preferred)
1-2 years experience in BD/Sales (Real Estate or Professional Services)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
CRM & MS Office proficiency
Traits: Self-motivated, target-oriented, adaptable team player
