PCD and Third Party pharma Tele-Marketing .

The Candidate should have more than 6 months of Experience in PCD Pharma Tele-Marketing .

The Work and Responsibilities of the Candidate shall be

-

Managing incoming Calls and Customer inquiries Generating Leads and converting them into potential customers Identifying and assessing customers needs and fulfilling them Build a Good and Healthy Relationship with the customers Handle Customer Complaints, provide appropriate solutions , follow up to ensure resolution and satisfy the customer
