Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends
Build and execute business strategies

Work closely with sales team and other cross functional team to achieve business goals

rovide training and support to field staff to ensure proper product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales pipelines, client communications, and sales performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and company policies in all business dealings.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Skills and qualification
Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry
5+ years of experience in same industry or having sales skills
Bachelors Degree in Life science, Pharmacy or related field
MBA in Marketing or Business Management (added advantage).
