Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving franchise expansion for a food retail brand. The role focuses on lead conversion, franchise partner acquisition, and business growth through direct B2C sales. This is a target-driven, field-oriented role suited for candidates with strong sales closure skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and close franchise sales leads.
Explain franchise business model, investment structure, ROI, and support system to prospects.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential franchise partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Manage end-to-end franchise sales cycle from enquiry to onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM data, follow-ups, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with operations, legal, and marketing teams for franchise launch.
Support franchise partners during onboarding and initial setup.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.
Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in B2C sales / franchise sales / retail or food industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills.
Comfortable with targets, incentives, and field sales.
Basic understanding of food retail or franchise business models preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and franchise discussions.
