Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

o Handle inbound leads and inquiries, providing timely and relevant information to prospects.

o Conduct sales meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and present

suitable solutions.

o Follow up with leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to

nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

o Close sales deals by effectively addressing customer needs and objections.

o Generate outbound sales calls to target prospects and qualify leads.

o Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients.

o Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a

dynamic and results-oriented approach.

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software (e.g.,

Zoho).

o Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify

opportunities for business growth.

o Represent GSC Accounting professionally in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

o Future Opportunity for Travel: In the future, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to travel to the US for sales meetings and conferences, contributing to the expansion of our international presence.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting or finance is required.

o Master's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

o Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

o Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

o Exceptional sales, business development, and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in using CRM software like Zoho or similar platforms.

o Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

o Strong negotiation and closing skills.

o Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for sales prospecting and networking.
