Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients for RPO in US Staffing services.
Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Collaborate closely with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in RPO or US Staffing domain.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle and staffing models (RPO / contract / permanent staffing).
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Target-oriented mindset with ability to drive long-term business relationships.
