Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across
brokers, developers, societies, and institutions
, while driving lead generation for both
residential and commercial projects
.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly meet and build relationships with
brokers, developers, societies, and institutions
.
Source and evaluate
fresh proposals
for residential or commercial redevelopment projects.
Identify and work on
stuck or inactive proposals
, with the aim of reviving and converting them.
Carry out
field sales activities
to tap into new micro-markets and regions.
Maintain and update a strong pipeline of potential leads and business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up strategies.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
6-10 years of experience in real estate business development -field sales.
Strong network across brokers, developers, societies, and institutions in Mumbai.
Good understanding of redevelopment and real estate market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
Ability to work independently and on the field.
