Roles and Responsibility Business Achieving the budgets for Personal Loan Onboard new channels in alignment to the plan Ensure adherence to the set sales processes and policies Drive Sales TAT reduction by various activities such as reducing errors & bringing in process efficiencies Ensure Proper Conduct, Nil Mis-selling, Sales Complaints, Sales Error, & Potential Inappropriate Sales (PIS) on a consistent month on month basis Ensure that strict controls are in place to monitor sourcing for all products as per policy/program guidelines To ensure there are NIL instances for Fraud Risk Management (FRM) & conduct sales Quality checks Our Ideal Candidate Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role. Must possess sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
