Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our overseas education initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international education markets, a proven track record in partnership development, and a passion for facilitating students' academic journeys abroad.

Key Responsibilities1.

Strategic Partnership Development

Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with esteemed international colleges, universities, and educational institutions. Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate with global partners to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
2.

Market Expansion & Research

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and regions. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
3.

Student Recruitment & Counseling

Design and execute student recruitment campaigns targeting prospective candidates for study abroad programs. Provide expert counseling to students and parents, guiding them through the application, visa, and enrollment processes. Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and informational sessions.
4.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of recruitment counselors and support staff. Foster collaboration with internal departments, including marketing, admissions, and visa services. Ensure alignment of team efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
5.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships, student enrollments, and market share growth. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
