Job Description

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in MEP contracting and related sectors. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, industry events, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, capability statements, and project proposals. Liaise with the Estimation, Design, and Project teams to ensure client requirements are well-understood and integrated into proposals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Participate in tender processes, bid preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue objectives. Represent the company in client meetings, industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and business opportunities using CRM systems or databases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
