Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Business Development Executive

in the IT/AI services domain.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify leads from international markets (primarily US, UK, Canada, Europe). Pitch IT and AI services to prospects through cold calls, emails, and online platforms. Manage and grow profiles on Upwork and other freelance portals. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for targeted outreach. Schedule meetings, conduct client calls, and prepare proposals/presentations. Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of proven experience in

international business development

in the IT industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English. Experience with

Upwork bidding

, and

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

. Knowledge of AI/ML and digital services will be a strong advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
