dynamic and driven Business Development Manager
to lead global sales initiatives and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
? Generate qualified
international leads
through
email marketing, LinkedIn, Upwork, and personal networking.
? Pitch and promote our
IT services
- including
Mobile App Development, Web Solutions, AI, and Blockchain.
? Manage
client communication, proposal writing, negotiation, and deal closures.
? Collaborate with
technical and sales teams
to align business goals with client needs.
? Achieve or exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
. 3-7 years of proven experience in
IT services or B2B sales
(service-based companies only).
.Strong
communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
.Understanding of
SDLC processes
and exposure to
international markets.
.Proficiency with tools like
Email Marketing Platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and HubSpot.
.Must have a
personal laptop
and a
professional work environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
