Manager - Home Solution Provider
. The ideal candidate will lead the Home Solutions vertical, focusing on customer experience, team management, and sales performance across key product categories like home appliances, electronics, and related services. Job should be on site by site.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Home Solution team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive category growth and improve customer engagement.
Supervise day-to-day operations including customer consultations, product recommendations, and end-to-end service delivery.
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, installation, and service teams.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to ensure product knowledge and customer service standards are met.
Analyze sales trends and prepare reports for management with actionable insights.
Maintain vendor relationships and explore opportunities for new product tie-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales or retail management, preferably in the home appliances or electronics sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer value.
Proven ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
