Business Development Executive/Manager

with strong expertise in

digital marketing, website development, and IT services

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals that align with the company's service offerings.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email campaigns) and website development (UI/UX, WordPress, eCommerce, custom web solutions).

Role Summary



We're looking for a results-driven

Sales Development Representative

with strong

B2B sales experience

and the ability to take prospects from discovery to close. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and skilled in managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads through outbound efforts (cold calling and emails. Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Conduct discovery calls and sales pitches tailored to client goals. Manage the complete sales cycle - from initial contact to and deal closure. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of activities and sales progress using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead quality. Provide feedback on market trends, buyer objections, and competitive insights Generate leads through networking, Upwork/Fiverr/LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms. Conduct client presentations and sales pitches highlighting ROI-driven marketing solutions. Negotiate and close contracts with clients.

Client Relationship Management



Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and provide solutions aligned with their

business growth goals

. Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Strategic Growth & Market Research



Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify market gaps. Develop growth strategies targeting

industries like home improvement, healthcare, real estate, retail, eCommerce, education, and professional services

. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract high-value clients.

Collaboration & Project Coordination



Work closely with the

design, development, and digital marketing teams

to ensure client projects are delivered on time and meet expectations. Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and opportunities for service improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of

digital marketing services

(SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Branding). Knowledge of

website development platforms

(WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Custom PHP, React, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads via

LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, cold email, and networking

. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strategic thinker with strong

problem-solving and consultative selling abilities

.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-6+ years of proven experience in

business development or sales in IT, digital marketing, or website development services

. Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Only B2B IT Services Sales experience or sales passionate candidate will be accepted. Monday to Friday and on Saturdays, based on the client's needs. Prior experience in industries like digital marketing services or Saas Sales
