Job Summary
We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow our client base and generate new business opportunities, focusing on advertising, marketing, and digital media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new business leads for media services.
Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts; ensure successful campaign execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to optimize outreach.
Maintain and update CRM systems.
Represent the agency at industry events, meetings, and online.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 10 year of B2B sales or media sales experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of advertising/media industry trends.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
