Summary:



The roles of a

Manager - Business development

include managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. The Candidate is expected to drive the sales to achieve the target effectively by utilizing the available inventory.

Job Responsibility:



1. To achieve sales targets and be aligned with company goals.

2. To mentor the sales team and help them achieve targets.

3. To be involved full-time in sales and team training & development as well.

4. To be involved in strategy development for lead generation.

5. Reporting to the CEO directly.

6. Passionate about working & growing 10X.

Job Qualification:



1. Graduate

2. Good Speaking and Listening skills.

3. Language: English, Kannada (Mandatory)

4. Amazing negotiation skills.

5. Knowledge of the local market.

6. Passionate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?12,931.31 - ?44,450.90 per month
