We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/ Executive / Counselor / Telecaller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and project management skills to effectively contribute to our growth objectives.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business goals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for management review.
Participate in project management activities to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software tools is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent strategic planning capabilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques that drive business growth.
Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
