We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic

Business Development Manager - EdTech Sales

to join our team in

Hyderabad (On-site)

. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our institutional network across the region.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the education and technology sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including TPOs, Principals, and HODs across Engineering Colleges. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities. Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and organizational goals. Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate business terms and finalize contracts with clients and partners. Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand the network and promote brand visibility. Travel across states as required for client meetings and business expansion activities.

Qualifications and Skills



Proven experience in

Business Development, Field Sales, or Institutional Sales

, preferably in the

EdTech, Training, or Technology

domain. Strong network or connections with

Engineering Colleges, TPOs, and HODs

across the state (or the ability to establish new contacts quickly). Excellent skills in

Market Research, Client Relationship Management, Proposal Development, and Strategic Negotiation

. Demonstrated ability to

meet or exceed revenue targets

and develop effective go-to-market strategies. Exceptional

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and business acumen. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities. Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
