Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing corporate clients, driving sales growth, and contributing to the expansion of Jucygifts' client portfolio. You will play a key role in offering strategic gifting solutions that align with client needs and seasonal campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Outreach:
Identify and approach potential clients (HR, Admin, Marketing, Procurement teams) across corporates for gifting solutions.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic outreach and closing high-value deals.
Solution Selling:
Understand client needs and provide end-to-end customized gifting proposals for events, festivals, employee engagement, client retention, and brand activations.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis:
Stay on top of corporate gifting trends, seasonal demands, and competitor activities to offer innovative and relevant gifting ideas.
Proposal & Quotation:
Create compelling proposals, pricing presentations, and negotiate deals effectively.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery.
Client Servicing:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with post-sales support, quality checks, and order follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-7 years of experience in B2B or corporate gifting sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Proficient with CRM tools and reporting
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in gifting, merchandise, printing, or branding-related industries
Well-connected in corporate HR/Admin/Marketing circles
Creative thinker with a client-first approach
Passion for branding, design, and innovative gifting concepts

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
