Job Description

Business Development Manager



The role holder is responsible for the centralized management of various projects and/or programs and their alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The role involves overseeing the Project Management for allocated Business Functions, enhancing Digital Penetration within Business function and ensuring internal Customer satisfaction while maintaining a healthy pipeline of projects for the development team.



Responsibilities basis JD:



1. Act as a conduit between Business function and Digital Enterprise



2. Execute discussions with the business to understand their requirements/ needs thoroughly. Analyze and map Business Requirement Definitions (BRD/FRD) with clarity and accuracy



3. Conduct design thinking workshops to understand Industry wide prevalent Use cases that are relevant for Business Function



4. Conduct Ideation Exercise with business users to develop project pipeline for the development team



5. Prioritize the ideas/ project demands basis value and impact at Organization level. Identify the value levers corresponding to Digital project requirements received from User.



6. Exhibit capability towards managing multiple projects/ programs for multiple stakeholders while ensuring satisfaction and maintaining balance between development team and Business Users



7. Monitor and track project progress and identify/ foresee possible delays/ gaps for further actions



8. Explore opportunities for Horizontal Deployment of existing solutions across other business areas



9. Facilitate UAT for project and determine Customer Satisfaction for deployed projects



10. Monitor the adoption and usage of deployed Digital Solutions to ensure the estimated ROIs (Return on Investment) are actualized



Educational Qualification Required -



BE / B Tech / MBA in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or General Management



Certifications - ECBA / CCBA (Good to have)



Years of experience - 8 to 10 years



Must have scored at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA marks in 10th & 12th / Diploma (if applicable) and Bachelors, and Masters (if applicable) - No rounding off marks is allowed.



Only FULL Time and Regular education is eligible (10th/12th/Diploma/Bachelors/Masters)



Average Tenure (i.e. total years of experience divided by Number of companies worked for) - Should be 2 or more.
