Responsible for acquisitions of new dealers for business
Revenue through sale of small inventory.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
To accomplish the AOP targets - by linking monthly sales and marketing planning directly to the operations side of a business.
Technical training to dealers.
P&L of zone
Responsible for overall HSRP operations of the allotted territory.
Stock and Inventory reconciliation.
Embossing, Hot stamping and Quality assurance as per guidelines.
Expansion of the Dealer network in designated region in urban and rural area.
Facilitate audit of the HSRP process at Dealers end with FTA HSRP Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Maintain good relationship with stakeholders.
Research in Value addition possibilities in HSRP through emerging technologies.
Experience day to day operations & MIS reporting.
Candidate Profile/ Specifications:
An overall experience of 3-5 years in FMCG/Telecom/Banking/Automobile.
Experience in liaising and marketing preferred.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational skills and Team Handling Skills
Ability to adopt to new business domain
Educational Profile:
Bachelor's degree/Postgraduates/ MBA (Marketing) preferable Experience 3 - 5 Years
Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
