About the Role:
We're looking for a results-driven and tech-savvy Business Development Manager to fuel our growth. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Conduct discovery calls and product demos with key decision-makers.
Effectively manage and nurture sales pipelines using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Research industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities in the SaaS and IT domains.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a plus -- freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, SaaS, or IT-based solutions.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in SaaS or software sales.
Understanding of sales funnel dynamics and customer journey mapping.
Ability to analyze sales data and optimize outreach strategies for better conversion.
