Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Business Development Manager

to join our media and advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

media sales

across

print (newspapers), television, FM radio, or digital platforms

, with a proven track record of driving revenue through client acquisition and relationship management.

You will be responsible for generating advertising revenue, onboarding new clients, and building strategic partnerships across key sectors in

Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities across

print, TV, FM radio, and digital

media platforms Pitch advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and corporate clients aligned with their marketing objectives Create customized media plans, proposals, and presentations based on client needs and campaign goals Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, media buyers, and marketing decision-makers Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages to close high-value deals Work closely with internal sales support, content, and production teams to ensure campaign delivery Stay updated on market trends, media consumption patterns, and competitor activities Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Required Skills & Qualifications:



4-8 years of proven experience in

advertising or media sales

(TV, Radio, Newspaper, or Digital) Strong network of advertisers, media planners, and decision-makers Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong understanding of ad space selling, campaign metrics, and ROI Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and media planning tools Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Experience:



Experience working with regional brands and local media in

Hyderabad

,

Delhi NCR

, or

Mumbai

Familiarity with ad sales for

FM channels (e.g., Radio Mirchi, Red FM)

or

TV news/entertainment networks

Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns (cross-media: print + TV + digital)

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
