Role Objective
We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Business Development Manager who will drive revenue growth, brand expansion, and operational alignment across online portals, offline markets, exhibitions, and internal teams.
This role focuses on scaling POMCHA into a structured, target-driven, high-value ethnic brand through data-based planning, strong negotiations, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Online Business Development & Portal Management Identify, onboard, and scale new online sales channels:
Marketplaces
B2B portals
International platforms (where applicable)
Manage commercial terms, commissions, and agreements
Monitor portal-wise performance, margins, and growth
Coordinate listings, pricing, stock flow, and promotions with internal teams
Offline Business Development & Market Expansion Develop offline sales channels:
Multi-brand stores
Distributors
Wholesale buyers
Conduct business meetings with:
Buyers
Retailers
Channel partners
Build and maintain long-term business relationships
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order volumes
Exhibitions, Events & Sales Planning Plan and execute exhibitions, fairs, and pop-ups:
Product selection
Pricing strategy
Display & assortment planning
Set sales targets for exhibitions and events
Analyze post-event sales data and ROI
Coordinate logistics, inventory, and manpower planning
Sales Management & Revenue Growth Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Track sales across:
Online portals
Offline channels
Exhibitions
Monitor order flow, fulfilment, and collections
Identify growth opportunities and corrective actions
