Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female BDM to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving business growth. This role offers the opportunity to travel internationally on occasion for key events and client meetings, contributing to the development of global business relationships and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Sales Strategy & Execution:



o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets and objectives.

o Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase revenue.

o Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as attract new clients across various sectors.

o Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

o Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to adjust sales tactics.

2.

Team Management:



o Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance goals are met.

o Set clear performance expectations, track progress, and provide regular feedback to the team.

3.

International Travel:



o Represent the company at global sales events, trade shows, and conferences

o Establish and nurture business relationships with international clients and partners.

o Manage logistics and coordination for international travel related to sales and business development.

4.

Client Relationship Management:



o Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.

o Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving any concerns or issues promptly.

o Ensure contract negotiations and sales agreements are handled effectively.

5.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:



o Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management, ensuring transparency on sales performance.

o Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree and above . Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales management, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing teams and driving sales performance. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for events and client meetings. Knowledge of international business practices is a plus.
