We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our IT company specializing in website design and graphic design services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales and bidding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for website design and graphic design services
Actively bid on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces to generate quality leads
Write tailored proposals and respond to client requirements effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in an IT or digital services company
Hands-on experience bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar
Strong understanding of website design, UI/UX, and graphic design services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills
Ability to manage multiple bids and follow-ups efficiently
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Experience dealing with international clients
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
