Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across offline channels primarily focused on builder & Investors in the commercial real estate industry.
Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and developers.
Actively engage in property promotions and client meetings.
Conduct market research to identify
new growth opportunities
and target industries.
Analyze lead generation performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and share regular reports.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless
handover of leads
and high conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that target decision-makers and influencers.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Preferred Real Estate experience 2-3 years

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales or business development is a must. Experience in Real estate& build industries is a Plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Should have a 2-wheeler vehicle with DL Mandatory.
Willingness to travel on field.
