The successful candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives Lead and manage a high-performing sales team Build and maintain strong client relationships Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports

Experience & Qualification:



Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
