Job Title:

Business Development Manager - Client Calling & Conversion (Vitality Programs)

Location: Villupuram

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: Senior Business Development Lead / Sales Head

Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Female) to lead client calling efforts and drive conversions into our Vitality Programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil and proven ability in client engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

o Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the benefits of our Vitality Programs

o Understand client needs and recommend suitable program solutions

o Effectively communicate program details, pricing, offers, and benefits

o Handle client queries and objections confidently

o Drive lead conversion and meet monthly sales targets

o Track and update client interactions in the CRM system

o Train and mentor junior BD team members as required

o Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns and scripts

Required Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in any field (sales, marketing, or healthcare background preferred)

o Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, telecalling, or client servicing roles

o Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil (spoken and written)

o Skills: Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities; excellent telephone communication and relationship-building skills; confidence in handling sales targets and performance metrics; basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
