Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end online business operations for US clients
Coordinate with marketing, sales, customer support, and tech teams
Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and business performance metrics
Handle client communication, reporting, and stakeholder management
Optimize workflows, SOPs, and internal processes
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality control
Manage CRM tools, automation systems, and online platforms
Ensure compliance with US business standards and timelines
Identify growth opportunities and implement process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in online business management or operations
Proven experience working with
US-based clients or businesses
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM tools
Experience with tools like
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in US time zones
Leadership and team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or service-based US businesses
