What You'll Do:

Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier-1 Partners) for the IT staffing business in the USA. Engage with clients daily to identify staffing opportunities. Take ownership of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Cultivate accounts with contractor staffing needs and provide ongoing support. Identify and create opportunities for IT services projects in collaboration with clients. Leverage existing relationships and networks to open new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development/account management in the US market. Established relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients and a proven track record of successful placements. Aggressive and target-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, multitask, and stay self-motivated. Strong ability to work independently and meet end-to-end placement and revenue targets. Expert-level skills in technical recruitment. Sharp, articulate, energetic, with a "Go-Getter" attitude. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and related products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
