Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients (Direct Clients, MSPs, and System Integrators) for US IT staffing services.
Lead Generation:
Use cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases to generate and qualify leads.
Client Engagement:
Understand client hiring needs, IT roles, and organizational structure to offer tailored staffing solutions.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and excellent service.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely and quality submissions for open roles.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with US IT hiring trends, bill rates, and competitor activities.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain CRM and provide weekly/monthly reports on lead pipeline, closures, and forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years
of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
Strong understanding of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099) and immigration policies (H1B, GC, US Citizen).
Existing client/vendor contacts and the ability to quickly bring in new business is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
Experience with CRM systems and job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).
