Identify and manage business opportunities through Upwork and other bidding platforms. Craft compelling, customized proposals for clients across various domains.
Communicate with international clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue goals.

4-7 years of proven experience as a BDE/BDM in an IT services company
Expertise in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client communication.
Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of frontend and backend technologies.
A self-driven professional with a goal-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
