Business Development Manager - Electronics Sales (UPS/Stabilizers)


Experience: 1-6 Years


Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu


Compensation: Up to ₹7.2 LPA (including performance-based incentives)



We are looking for a motivated and target-driven

Business Development Manager

to spearhead sales and market expansion for our

UPS systems, stabilizers, and electronic solutions

. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the Chennai region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets. Promote UPS, stabilizers, and related electronic products to corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners.

Client Engagement - B2B sales

Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers. Provide product demonstrations, technical clarifications, and commercial support.

Market Development

Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends. Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration in Chennai and nearby areas.

Operational Excellence

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales service.

Reporting & Insights

Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports to management. Share market feedback to support product and strategy improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Graduate in Engineering/Commerce/Business Administration (MBA preferred).

Experience:

1-6 years in electronics sales, preferably UPS, stabilizers, or power solutions.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Compensation & Benefits
