Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (Office-based) Industry: IT Services / Software & Web Development : We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can generate new business opportunities through online platforms, outbound calls, and direct messaging. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in client acquisition for IT services. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and acquire new clients through online platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other business portals. Identify and approach potential clients via cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and direct messages. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions. Pitch company services including Website Development, Software Development, Mobile App Development (Android & iOS), Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, Game Development, and Annual Maintenance Contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups until deal closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a BDM / BDE in IT services or a related field. Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms and lead generation tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred).
