Business Development Manager

Experience- 6-8 years of proven experience in third-party manufacturing within the Beauty & Personal Care industry only.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with outstanding communication skills and 6-8 years of experience in a similar profile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating effectively across departments and with suppliers. Proficiency in Excel, understanding of costings, and client servicing skills are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service Collaborate with various departments (R&D, production, etc.) to streamline operations and meet client requirements Prepare and present cost estimates and proposals, maintaining accuracy and profitability Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive business strategy Prepare reports, maintain client databases, and track business development metrics using Excel.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle costings and financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate between departments and external suppliers Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-pressure situations Immediate availability will be preferred

Pay: ?62,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
