Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming client calls and inquiries professionally.
Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication and persuasion.
Send timely follow-up emails to nurture leads and ensure conversion.
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and progress.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to strategize lead generation and conversion.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Result-oriented and self-motivated.
