About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international business development and sales for

digital marketing services

such as SEO, SMO, PPC, web design, websites, and social media marketing. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Drive

new business development

with a strong focus on international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.). Sell digital marketing services, including

SEO, SMO, PPC, web design, websites, and social media solutions

. Identify potential business opportunities by connecting with prospective clients and building strategic partnerships. Develop a robust

growth strategy

focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct thorough

market research

to identify emerging trends, new markets, and customer needs. Promote and present the company's services to clients, addressing their objectives and requirements effectively. Negotiate and prepare

sales contracts

in compliance with company policies and legal standards. Provide consistent client communication, feedback, and

after-sales support

to ensure high customer satisfaction. Build and nurture

long-term relationships

with both new and existing clients. Mentor and guide

entry-level sales staff

, helping them grow into successful sales professionals.

Requirements



Proven

experience in selling digital marketing services

(SEO/SMO/PPC/Online Marketing) to international clients. Strong understanding of

internet marketing services

and global business trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to independently identify, explore, and close new business opportunities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment. Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first approach. Experience managing or mentoring junior sales staff will be an added advantage.
